Job description

The IT Solutions Specialist’s primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between our business needs and our technology capabilities.  In this role, you will become the lead architect for new technology adoptions, software integrations, and process automations.  You will evaluate emerging software and cloud tools, design comprehensive technical solutions, and partner with our outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP) to bring these systems to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end technology blueprints for department specific projects, ensuring compatibility with our existing cloud and software architecture.

  • Certifications Preferred: CompTIA Cloud+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation.
