Your tasks

  • Work with IT Manager to understand and support IT system requirements
  • Manage IT inventory assets using internal ITSM tool (BITS)
  • Install, configure, and maintain end devices (PCs, smartphones, printers, tablets)
  • Handle and resolve incidents and service requests following ITSM processes
  • Ensure proper ticket documentation, categorization, and escalation
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Prepare end-of-life devices for recycling in line with IT security protocols
  • Support hardware upgrades (RAM, disks) for workstations and laptops
  • Ensure KPI compliance for Windows devices (patching, antivirus, BitLocker)
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset records
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives

Your Profile

  • Available to work on-site in Auburn Hills.
  • Available to work 20-29 hours per week during the school year (flexible schedule).
  • Available to work 30-40 hours per week during the summer (flexible schedule).
  • Position planned to start August 1, 2026, or later depending on availability.
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (graduation year 2027 or later) and pursuing a degree in Information Systems or similar discipline
