Job description

Executive Administrative Assistant Location: La Mesa, San Diego, CA LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in our client's La Mesa office. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Arrange travel accommodations, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors while serving as a professional point of contact
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and executive documents
  • Assist with special projects, event planning, and office operations
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure executives are prepared for meetings and presentations
  • Collaborate with departments to facilitate communication and project completion
Qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to exercise discretion and handle highly confidential information
