IDEALFORCE has a Contract position available immediately for an Informatica Developer to join our customer in Boston, MA. Please find below additional details about this job. Kindly respond with your most up to date resume if you would like to pursue this opportunity. Only candidates with Banking industry experience will be considered for this role. 

Job Description

-Analysis, data cleansing, data matching, data conversion,exception handling and reporting and monitoring capabilities of IDQ 8.6.1 a plus.

-A demonstrated ability of training developers and advising technical groups on ETL best practices using Informatica is a critical success factor for this role.

-Broad development experience in the areas of financial services, banking, investments, accounting, and/or compliance preferred.

-Extensively worked in development of Informatica, Mappings and Informatica Workflows.

-Experience with Informatica Advanced Techniques - Dynamic Caching, Memory Management, Parallel processing to increase Performance throughput.

-Extensively involved in Optimization and Tuning of Mappings and sessions in Informatica by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, memory management and parallel threading.

-Skilled in Unix Scripting and different UNIX platforms.

-Experience in scheduling of ETL jobs using Control M or equivalent scheduling tool.

Database: Oracle 11G

-A highly motivated self starter and a good team player with excellent verbal and written communication. -
