Job Summary:
eCom Solutions Inc is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with expertise in Informatica PowerCenter to lead a critical data encryption initiative. The role involves planning and overseeing the encryption of data, creating project plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and project success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a detailed project plan for implementing data encryption (both in motion and at rest), setting clear timelines and milestones by collaborating with application teams.
• Access and analyze Informatica PowerCenter repositories, connection details, and other relevant configurations to create an accurate inventory for encryption implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and security to align project goals with organizational data protection standards and compliance requirements.
• Lead and coordinate the encryption implementation efforts, working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment.
• Identify, document, and remediate any performance issues or dependencies that arise as part of the encryption process.
• Track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure the project adheres to deadlines, quality standards, and budget.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on data management and security projects.
• Strong background in Informatica PowerCenter and familiarity with its repository structure, connection details, and configuration best practices.
