Role Summary:

ETL Developer is responsible for supporting enterprise data integration, data warehouse, and regulatory reporting initiatives. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining ETL solutions, performing data analysis and validation, supporting application enhancements, and implementing new data integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, data warehousing, and ETL development within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter to support enterprise data warehouse and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable data integration solutions.
  • Perform data profiling, source system analysis, and business rule validation to support data integration initiatives.
  • Optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability through tuning and best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues, ETL failures, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks through root cause analysis.
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
  • Perform impact analysis for source system changes, business rule modifications, and database enhancements.
  • Assess upstream and downstream dependencies across ETL processes, databases, reports, and consuming applications.
  • Support the full development lifecycle, including testing, UAT, deployment validation, monthly releases, and environment migrations.
