Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub 10.5, IDD, SIF, Match/Merge Rules, and Provisioning Tool .
  • Experience with Informatica IDQ 10.5 and PowerCenter Administration .
  • Strong SQL and Oracle Database skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Dynatrace experience for monitoring, setup, debugging, and DQL .
  • Experience with Autosys, IBM Sterling Integrator/MFT , and UNIX/Linux.
  • Experience troubleshooting Java Spring Boot microservices and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong Jenkins CI/CD , Docker, Artifactory, and container deployment experience.
  • Practical knowledge of AWS, EKS, and ELB .
  • Basic scripting knowledge in UNIX Shell, Python, or PowerShell .
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and troubleshoot MDM batch jobs, data loads, synchronization, and integrations .
  • Resolve production incidents related to data, ETL/MDM jobs, interfaces, and application issues.
  • Perform RCA for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
  • Analyze data for errors, anomalies, duplicates, and data quality issues .
  • Support real-time and batch interfaces using SIF, REST/SOAP APIs, IDQ, and ETL tools .
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and distributed onshore/offshore teams.
  • Support AWS, Spring Boot, React, Jenkins, Docker, and DevOps environments.
  • Manage incidents and changes using ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools .
Preferred Qualifications
  • Domain experience in auto finance, commercial finance, or captive finance , including loan/lease lifecycle, funding, billing, and collections.
  • Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced AMS/production support environment .
