Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead operations at our Louisville, United States location (3951 Taylorsville Rd). In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives, oversee daily operations, and lead a high-performing team to achieve organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate decisive leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to motivate teams toward excellence while maintaining a professional and results-oriented approach.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market competitiveness
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement
