This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work schedules that promote a healthy work-life balance. However, the LPC will periodically collaborate with our clinical team in an outpatient office setting. We utilize advanced telehealth platforms to facilitate seamless counseling sessions, ensuring our clients receive uninterrupted support regardless of their location.

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based interventions to address mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, including progress notes, treatment outcomes, and any adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Engage actively in regular staff meetings and professional development activities, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Foster meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, working to build trust and ensure open communication throughout their treatment journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to ensure holistic and well-rounded care.

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in outpatient counseling or a similar setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on active listening.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Experience working with clients diagnosed with substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information efficiently.
• Background in integrating evidence-based practices into therapeutic processes.
• Experience in a remote counseling role is a plus, demonstrating the capability to navigate telehealth technologies effectively.

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
