Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work schedules that promote a healthy work-life balance. However, the LPC will periodically collaborate with our clinical team in an outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based interventions to address mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, including progress notes, treatment outcomes, and any adjustments to the treatment plan.

Qualifications
