What is an infographics designer?

Infographics Designers are creative professionals who specialize in translating complex data and information into visually engaging graphics. Summary
The E-Commerce Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-performing visual assets that support product launches, digital campaigns, marketplace listings and brand storytelling. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce design, consumer behavior, layout hierarchy, and conversion-focused creative. The ideal candidate is both artistic and analytical - someone who can design beautiful, on-brand visuals while also understanding what drives clicks, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging digital assets for GuruNanda's e-commerce channels, including website banners, product listing images, Amazon A+ content.
  • Design creative for paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
  • Support product launches by creating cohesive visual packages, including hero images, lifestyle graphics, infographics, comparison charts, feature callouts, and promotional campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, product, and content teams to translate product benefits into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while adapting creative for different platforms, audiences, and campaign goals.
  • Create graphics that communicate key product features, ingredients, benefits, usage instructions, bundles, and promotional offers in a clear and consumer-friendly way.
  • Stay current on e-commerce design trends, marketplace creative standards, competitor visuals, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Organize and maintain design files and creative assets for efficient team use.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce, CPG, beauty, wellness, oral care, personal care, or consumer products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce graphics, product listing images, digital ads, landing page visuals and promotional creative.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, image retouching, and conversion-focused design.
  • Experience designing for Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Target, or other retail/e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
  • Ability to translate product features and marketing messages into clean, persuasive visual content.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with product claims, packaging, ingredients, pricing, and promotional information.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and revising creative based on performance data, brand direction, or stakeholder input.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, short-form video editing, or basic animation is a plus.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with health, wellness, beauty, oral care, or personal care brands.
  • Familiarity with Amazon listing requirements and marketplace image guidelines.
  • Experience creating infographics that simplify product benefits and usage instructions.
  • Basic video editing or motion design experience using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, similar platforms.
  • Experience working with AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
