TALENT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
Select Management Group is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to oversee, grow, and develop an exclusive roster of top digital creators and emerging creatives. This is a senior-level role for an entrepreneurial, strategic, and creative professional who will take full ownership of talent relationships, drive new business opportunities, and serve as a trusted partner in shaping the long-term vision of each client's career.
The ideal candidate would have at least 3+ years of experience in talent management at a reputable management firm and/or agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES โ€ข Proactively identify and close new business opportunities across brand partnerships, endorsements, appearances, licensing, media, publishing, speaking, original ventures, & more
โ€ข Serve as the primary point of contact with key stakeholders including talent, brand/agency partners, publicists, and legal representatives
โ€ข Develop and pitch creative strategies that align with client goals and Select's broader business objectives
โ€ข Guide clients on content strategy, career planning, and brand building across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms
โ€ข Stay on top of industry trends, emerging talent, and today's competitive landscape in a creator driven economy
QUALIFICATIONS โ€ข 3+ years of experience in talent management at a reputable management firm and/or agency
โ€ข Demonstrated success managing digital creators, influencers, or artists with a strong social and brand presence
โ€ข Highly strategic, organized, and able to balance creative instincts with business goals
โ€ข Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
โ€ข Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
