Job description

We are PMG

PMG, a global independent platform company engineered for impact, integrates business strategy, media, creative, and data within a single operating model powered by our proprietary operating system, Alli. With more than 1,000 employees, PMG partners with brands including Apple, Nike, Dropbox, Experian, Sephora, and Whole Foods. Our work has earned top industry honors, including Cannes Lions and Adweek's Media Plan of the Year, and PMG has won 40+ workplace culture awards, including being the only company to rank among Ad Age's Best Places to Work for 11 consecutive years.

Who You'll Be Working With

At PMG, our Influencer & Branded Content team is at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy, helping brands connect with audiences in authentic, meaningful ways. We craft high-impact influencer campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising, driving engagement, building brand affinity, and delivering measurable results across social, digital, and experiential platforms.

You'll collaborate with creators, talent agencies, media strategists, content teams, and brand partners to develop and execute influencer marketing programs that seamlessly align storytelling with business objectives. A key focus will be scaling PMG's influencer and creator marketing discipline—establishing frameworks, curating talent relationships, and setting standards for authenticity and effectiveness in alignment with brand goals. Your role will be instrumental in shaping how brands foster meaningful connections with their audiences.

You will also play a key role in exploring new content formats, leveraging emerging platforms, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure creator strategies are not only relevant but also innovative and impactful. At PMG, we don't just follow trends—we create them.

If you're passionate about shaping culture through creator-driven storytelling, using data to drive real impact, and redefining what's possible in influencer marketing, this is the place to make your mark.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of integrated influencer and branded content programs across a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes and elevate brand relevance.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, providing thought leadership, market insights, and recommendations that strengthen long-term partnerships and expand influencer investment.
  • Own influencer strategy from planning through execution, guiding creator selection, negotiation strategy, content development, measurement frameworks, and optimization across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, media, strategy, analytics, production, legal, and account teams to deliver seamless, integrated marketing solutions.
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging creator trends, platforms, technologies, and measurement capabilities, translating industry developments into actionable client opportunities.
  • Oversee campaign performance, synthesizing data into strategic insights, executive-ready reporting, and recommendations that improve future performance and demonstrate business impact.
  • Contribute to the evolution of PMG's Influencer & Branded Content practice by developing scalable processes, best practices, operational efficiencies, and thought leadership that strengthen the team's capabilities.
  • Support new business opportunities by contributing to pitches, capability presentations, and strategic recommendations that showcase PMG's influencer expertise.
  • While this role is primarily focused on Influencer & Branded Content, responsibilities may extend across additional media channels and integrated marketing initiatives to support evolving client and business needs.
What You Will Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Branded Content, Social Media, or integrated digital marketing, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience developing and leading sophisticated influencer strategies for enterprise or nationally recognized brands, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Deep expertise across the influencer ecosystem, including creator partnerships, talent management, platform trends, content strategy, campaign measurement, FTC compliance, and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships, providing strategic counsel and influencing marketing decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Experience overseeing multiple complex client engagements simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities, operational excellence, and business objectives.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance, uncover meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies that drive continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Experience contributing to business development efforts, including client pitches, strategic proposals, and identifying opportunities for organic account growth.
  • Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms, social analytics tools, and measurement solutions, using data to optimize creator performance and demonstrate ROI.
  • A passion for innovation and a growth mindset as a Continual Learner, consistently exploring emerging platforms, technologies, and cultural trends to keep clients ahead of the industry.
  • A Customer-Focused approach that prioritizes building lasting partnerships through strategic thinking, exceptional service, and measurable results.
  • A People-Focused leadership style that empowers others through coaching, mentorship, collaboration, and creating an inclusive environment where teams can thrive.
