  • Serve as a go-to expert on social trends and content creator/influencer performance
  • Recommend earned social engagement tactics, content approaches, and creator/influencer outreach based on data
  • Build monthly creator benchmarking reports across platforms and activations
  • Research and recommend content creator partners based on audience demographics, event type, platform, and performance
  • Partner with the Creator Engagements team on outreach recommendations
  • Build ongoing creator and community maps
  • Present social insights to internal stakeholders and leadership to inform strategy and decision making
  • Track new reporting-tool capabilities and market best practices
  • Collaborate with social analysts and General Motors partners to connect insights
  • Support the Trend IQ Center by surfacing emerging social and cultural trends relevant to GM and its brands
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant full-time experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, social listening, or campaign measurement
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing first-party and third-party data sources
  • Experience with social listening, web analytics, or syndicated research
  • Experience analyzing paid, earned, owned, and influencer media strategies
  • Experience engaging and collaborating with large, complex clients
  • Ability to translate data and research into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and contribute analytics expertise to integrated client teams
  • Ability to own work tracks, manage complicated processes, and deliver with excellence
  • Ability to build client trust and make complex data accessible to varied partners
  • Strong interest in and understanding of emerging AI tools and their application to data analysis and insight generation
  • Federal government experience is a plus
