This position plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of client programs. Passionate about creative influencer strategies and knowledgeable about both paid and earned engagement across tiers of influencer, this role is expected to drive client programming from start to finish. This includes detailed tactical timelines and plans, managing day-to-day campaign delegation for Account Operations staff and cross-functional teams as well as exuding an analytical approach to measuring success. 

As an Account Supervisor, you're expected to jump in at every level, from post-procurement influencer management and facilitation to tough client conversations. You have a deep understanding of influencers across segments and channels, staying on top of disclosure guidelines, with a clear understanding of best practices for demonstrating the impact of an influencer program. This position is client-facing and should display confidence when dealing with clients,  At this level you have superior social and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently, while also knowing when to 'manage up'.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day client engagement and operational flow across assigned accounts, serving as the primary client contact for tactical communication, campaign execution, and program updates.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across influencer marketing programs, including community management, production coordination, and creator partnerships across micro–macro tiers.
  • Oversee creator operations and campaign tracking, including management of Data Tracking Sheets and ensuring accuracy across internal platforms and systems.
  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery, proactively identifying optimization opportunities, risks, and potential upsell opportunities in partnership with the Account Director.
  • Ensure strong operational discipline by maintaining system accuracy, workflow consistency, and adherence to internal processes and reporting standards.
  • Manage campaign budgets and day-to-day financial oversight, ensuring work is executed within approved scope and budget parameters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Paid Media, PR, Creative, Production) to ensure seamless coordination across integrated campaign activities.
  • Support strategic planning and client growth, including contributing to QBR development, campaign insights, and long-term account roadmaps.
  • Lead and contribute to client presentations, helping shape clear narratives, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members (AMs and AEs) to strengthen campaign execution, operational excellence, and client communication skills.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements, including leveraging AI-enabled tools and operational efficiencies to improve team performance and scalability.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least five years of experience in client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer role
  • Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned, different tiers and segments
  • Availability to support occasional evening and weekend work related to creator communications, live campaign needs, and time-sensitive content reviews
  • Must be based in Las Vegas and available to travel to resort properties up to 2–3 times per week to support on-site activations, creator management, and production needs
  • Strong understanding of influencers and social media landscape
  • Experience in creating social media content and driving measurement efforts for social, digital or influencer program including calculating benchmarks, engagement rates, synthesizing data 
  • Highly organized, with experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experience working specifically with influencers on new and/or emerging platforms (TikTok, Twitch etc) 
  • Additional social/digital experience in content creation, social strategy or paid media
