• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, crafting effective, individualized treatment plans that address those concerns.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, customizing approaches to align with clients' specific objectives and preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting plans to ensure progress towards these goals.
• Provide teletherapy alternatives to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions or have accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive consistent support.
• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, demonstrating diligence in maintaining professionalism.
• Engage in continued professional development, seeking opportunities for training, workshops, and supervision to enhance clinical expertise and keep abreast of current best practices.

Your clinical expertise will directly impact a diverse client population grappling with various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. You will be committed to creating a safe space where clients can openly explore their thoughts and feelings, gaining insights that promote healing.

• A current and valid professional license in Georgia: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients, enabling effective therapeutic interactions.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental perspective toward clients' experiences and challenges are essential qualities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and fulfill administrative obligations.

• A track record of working with a variety of mental health disorders, ideally in outpatient settings or community mental health.
• Experience with teletherapy modalities and documentation software, enhancing remote therapy delivery.
• Proven ability to cultivate a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your skills and caseload.
