Job Description:Endorse Infinity is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of a wide range of events, ensuring each one runs smoothly and meets our high standards of excellence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Oversee event setup, on-site management, and post-event breakdown.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event planning, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in developing and managing event budgets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
