• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to client care, promoting integration and continuity of services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and practices.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with clients who may have historically faced barriers to receiving adequate mental health care. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By employing a compassionate and individualized approach, you will empower clients to process their experiences and find pathways towards recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to the practice of counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use therapy is highly desirable.
• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver counseling services.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
