• Conduct thorough assessments that inform effective treatment planning, utilizing validated tools to gain a comprehensive understanding of client concerns.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions through both in-person and teletherapy formats, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Set achievable therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, regularly measuring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Document client interactions and treatment updates using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending virtual workshops and training sessions that enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of the latest therapeutic practices.

At Infinity Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our aim is to offer tailored support that respects each client's cultural background and individual circumstances, creating a safe space for healing and growth.

• A valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Illinois.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple client cases effectively while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

• Experience providing therapy in a private practice or community clinic setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote client engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities and a strong commitment to continuous learning.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload capacity.
