Join a dynamic and growing Human Resources team dedicated to supporting multiple skilled nursing facilities across TN. Infinity Healthcare Consulting is a trusted partner in long-term care and providing expert guidance to help facilities thrive.

We are currently seeking a Human Resource Consultant to serve as a strategic partner to our facilities. This role will provide hands-on HR support, including guidance on labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, policy implementation, retention strategies, compliance and terminations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources within the long-term care industry

  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations

  • Strong leadership, communication, and consulting skills

  • Proven ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to travel to different locations and occasional overnights
