This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and connect with clients from the comfort of your own home or preferred workplace. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your critical responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions where participants can share experiences, build camaraderie, and learn from one another.
• Conducting Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic, one-on-one sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on their thoughts, emotions, and behavior patterns.
• Developing Treatment Plans: Design individualized, goal-oriented treatment strategies in collaboration with clients to address their specific mental health needs.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on outcomes and feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other therapists, psychiatrists, and health care providers to deliver coordinated care and discuss complex cases, ensuring optimal client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on young adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. You will play a vital role in helping these individuals navigate their emotional landscapes, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals for wellness and recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current LPC licensure in the state of Texas.
• Experience in providing mental health treatment in residential or outpatient settings, ideally with young adults.
• Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to working within a team-oriented approach to client care.
• Proficiency in clinical skills such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

While not required, candidates with experience in community mental health, crisis intervention, or previous roles within interdisciplinary teams will be given preference. Additionally, familiarity with remote therapy tools and technologies is highly advantageous.

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
