• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and tailor effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy, employing varied therapeutic techniques—such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities—tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish attainable therapeutic goals and diligently monitor their progress throughout treatment.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who face challenges in attending traditional in-person appointments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation as part of ethical practice standards, reflective of your interactions and clients' journeys.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health care practices.

Your clients will encompass various demographics, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction recovery. This role emphasizes creating a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.Your empathetic approach will help clients navigate their struggles and foster resilience in pursuing their mental health goals.

• Current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Strong communication skills paired with outstanding interpersonal abilities, allowing for the establishment of secure therapy relationships.
• Exhibit a compassionate and nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to help balance a manageable caseload and related administrative tasks.

• Prior experience working in a community health clinic setting is a plus.
• Experience with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in therapy practices.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Training or experience in addiction treatment will be highly valued, as many of our clients deal with substance use disorders.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
