• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostics to understand clients' mental and emotional challenges, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Lead therapy sessions that promote client engagement, using a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or narrative therapy.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring and documenting their progress to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide compassionate and effective teletherapy solutions for clients who are unable to attend in-person appointments.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with ethical standards, effectively documenting each client's treatment plan and progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine your clinical skills and stay updated on the latest trends in mental health therapy.

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will be expected to develop tailored treatment strategies that address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more. A strong emphasis will be placed on creating an affirming and supportive environment that fosters trust and encourages clients to share their experiences openly.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients' unique experiences.
• Robust organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in both individual and family therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Prior involvement in a teletherapy environment or familiarity with online counseling platforms.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current trends in mental health treatment.
