Key duties include mentoring junior technicians, managing site teams, overseeing high-risk activities, interpreting technical documentation like rack drawings and MOPs, and performing advanced testing, troubleshooting, and equipment configuration while strictly adhering to safety protocols and standards like GR-1275.
Core Responsibilities
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor Level 1 and 2 technicians on the job, ensuring the proper execution of installation and decommissioning tasks.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the entire process from site preparation to material handling, installation, dismantling, and site restoration.
- Complex Installations: Perform and lead complex hardware, software, power, and fiber optic cable installations.
