Belhaven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Infection Prevention Nurse LPN/RN to join our team. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients by promoting a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular surveillance and monitoring of infection control practices throughout the facility, including but not limited to hand hygiene, environmental cleaning, and sterilization.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN/RN license in the state of Illinois

  • Minimum of 0 years of experience in infection prevention and control
