We provide personalized, patient-centered care using advanced diagnostics and minimally invasive, office-based treatments, including Balloon Sinuplasty.

About the Role

We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our growing clinical team in Huntsville.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience. You will work closely with our ENT provider and clinical team to support patient visits, diagnostic testing, procedures, and follow-up care.

The ideal candidate is clinically capable, highly organized, personable, and comfortable taking ownership in a growing practice.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare patients for examinations, consultations, diagnostic testing, and procedures
  • Obtain and document patient histories, medications, allergies, and vital signs
  • Assist the provider during examinations and in-office procedures
  • Prepare and maintain examination and procedure rooms
  • Assist with diagnostic testing and imaging as appropriate
  • Support in-office treatments and procedures, including minimally invasive sinus procedures
  • Administer medications and treatments within the scope of your training and applicable regulations
  • Provide patients with clear instructions regarding medications, procedures, and follow-up care
  • Help patients understand what to expect before and after procedures
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain complete medical records
  • Coordinate with the front-office team to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical environment
  • Follow infection-control, safety, and clinical protocols

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in an ENT, allergy, surgical, or specialty practice
  • Strong clinical and patient-care skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
