Program Introduction: Knight Federal Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, flexible candidate who is ready to learn a new career. They will support activities for an emerging simulation and training capability for the United States Army. The candidate will support both the fielding and test and evaluation teams. Activities will include but not be limited to the development of test procedures, supporting the execution of test and evaluation events, on-site installation/setup of equipment, and assisting in the creation/conduct of new equipment training materials. Qualifications Essential Job Functions: • Develops, tests, maintains, and delivers training programs and related materials supporting customer products. Establishes course content and objectives. • Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. • Updates course documentation continuously to ensure timeliness and relevance.
