The Opportunity
The Manager, Industrialization Engineering is responsible for leading the Industrialization Engineering function and establishing consistent industrialization standards, methodologies, and launch processes across Integra's North American manufacturing facilities. This role leads manufacturing readiness and product industrialization activities, serving as a key partner to Product Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure new products and technologies are effectively transitioned from design into production.
The Manager leads First-of-a-Kind (FOK) builds, launch governance, and factory readiness activities while developing and maintaining frameworks for Make vs. Buy, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), PFEP, capacity modeling, labor planning, and manufacturing readiness. This role supports New Product Introduction (NPI), leads readiness reviews for new products, technologies, and facility expansions, and develops capacity, facility, flow, warehouse, and automation plans to support manufacturing scalability.
The Manager, Industrialization Engineering deploys Industrialization Engineering resources based on business priorities and partners with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain to support strategic manufacturing decisions, vertical integration opportunities, and future capacity requirements. This role drives standardization and best-practice sharing across facilities while building the processes and capabilities needed to support successful product launches and Integra's continued growth.
What you will do?
  • Build and lead the Industrialization Engineering organization.
  • Establish enterprise industrialization standards and methodologies.
  • Lead First-of-a-Kind (FOK) builds and manufacturing readiness activities.
  • Own launch governance and product industrialization processes.
  • Develop and maintain Make vs Buy, TCO, PFEP, and manufacturing readiness frameworks.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and transition products from design to manufacturing.
  • Lead factory readiness reviews for new products, technologies, and expansions.
  • Own factory capacity modeling, labor planning, and manufacturing scalability studies.
  • Develop Long-Range Capacity Planning (LADM) and Warehouse/Facility Capacity Planning (WADM) strategies.
  • Establish future-state facility layouts, factory flow, and automation roadmaps.
  • Deploy Industrialization resources across North America based on business priorities.
  • Support vertical integration initiatives and strategic manufacturing decisions.
  • Standardize launch processes and industrialization practices across all facilities.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Engineering , Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams, technical resources, or cross-functional programs.
  • Proven experience leading manufacturing readiness, product launches, First-of-a-Kind (FOK) builds, and transition from design to production.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, fabrication, electrical systems, engineered-to-order products, or industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Experience developing and managing:
    • Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRR)
    • M-BOMs and manufacturing routings
    • PFEP (Plan for Every Part)
    • Make vs Buy analysis
    • Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models
    • Capacity planning and labor models
    • Facility and factory layouts
  • Experience supporting new product introductions and scaling products from prototype through production.
  • Demonstrated experience leading factory expansion, footprint optimization, automation, or vertical integration initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, process flow analysis, and manufacturing system design.
  • Experience working closely with Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches and strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build and develop high-performing technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Data center, electrical equipment, modular construction, switchgear, controls, power systems, HVAC, cooling systems, or engineered-to-order manufacturing experience.
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems, BOM structures, routings, capacity planning tools, and manufacturing analytics.
  • Experience leading automation, digital manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
