Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in the Reading, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:          

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial solar (PV) systems
  • Mount, wire, and connect solar panels, inverters, and combiner boxes
  • Run and bend conduit for DC and AC systems
  • Perform wire management and terminations for solar arrays
  • Install and connect transformers, switchgear, and distribution panels
  • Tie-in solar systems to existing electrical infrastructure
  • Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and site plans
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC and local codes
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
  • Identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently
  • Follow all job site safety protocols and quality standards
