Location: Just minutes southwest of Maryville, TN
Salary: $130,000-$150,000 DOE + Bonus Potential
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) + PTO
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. โ€“ 5 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. โ€“ 2:30 p.m.

  • Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and on-time customer delivery
  • Lead compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, industry standards, company policies
  • Address business needs with operational strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Maintain quality control, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement programs
  • Build, develop, lead, and evaluate high-performing operations team and ensure positive culture
  • Develop and manage production metrics, operational budgets, and plant performance reporting
  • Collaborate internally to optimize business/financial performance and support accurate costing
