Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned craft duties safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements.
- Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, or blueprints as applicable to your craft.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on schedule.
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow company and client safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
- Support additional tasks and cross-craft needs as required by the project.
Requirements
Essential qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks as required by project specifications.
- Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to working safely and delivering quality workmanship.
- Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in industrial environments, including confined spaces, elevated heights, and varying weather conditions.
- Experience in one or more of the listed crafts (all levels welcome: helper, apprentice, journeyman).
- Valid certifications (e.g., welding, equipment operation) preferred but not required.
Working Conditions
- Outdoor construction environments, including all weather conditions.
- Regular lifting, carrying, and moving of heavy objects and materials.
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in awkward positions.
- Extended periods of standing and walking on uneven surfaces.
- Routine exposure to loud noise, dust, and fumes.
- Possible exposure to hazardous materials and sharp objects.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
