Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality & Testing Intern to support our Quality team with product inspection, testing, and quality-related initiatives across operations.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to quality systems, manufacturing processes, and product testing within a production environment. The intern will assist with inspections, testing activities, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts that help maintain the company's high quality standards.

This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while gaining real-world experience in quality assurance and manufacturing operations.

Internship Details
  • Duration: June through mid-August
  • Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
  • Location: On-site in Youngstown, OH
  • Job Type: Seasonal (Temporary), Part-time
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with inspection of materials, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Support product and component testing activities, including documenting procedures and results
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing data, and quality-related findings
  • Assist in identifying and documenting quality issues or non-conformances
  • Support basic root cause analysis and corrective action efforts by gathering and organizing data
  • Assist with internal process audits and quality-related documentation
  • Review quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to support quality initiatives and process improvements
  • Support additional quality and testing-related projects as needed
