Job description

Purpose of the position
As an Industrial Engineer, you will apply industrial engineering concepts and techniques to optimize products, processes, and services in alignment with program requirements. You will develop plant layouts, capacity plans, and workflows while evaluating new technologies for integration into production and service operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Drive projects aimed at reducing material costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses;
2. Implement and manage automation solutions to enhance production efficiency and reduce manual effort;
3. Conduct detailed assessments of workforce performance, work hours, and efficiency;
4. Maintain and improve systems for ongoing performance tracking;
5. Evaluate the required quantities of fixtures to support production needs effectively;
6. Design and optimize facility layouts to improve workflow and space utilization.
 
Education and work experience   
Education: Bachelor's degree or above
Major: Industrial Engineering  
Work Experience: Above 3 years of IE related work experience
