Job description

What You'll Do: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue, margin, and growth objectives for rotating equipment products, environmental process solutions and services. Lead, coach, and develop a team of talented Sales Engineers Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across industrial, municipal, and commercial markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with OTC's manufacturing partners.

Oversee bid preparation, proposal development, and contract negotiation to ensure accuracy and profitability. Collaborate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure technical accuracy and customer satisfaction. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Manage pricing strategy and discount levels within approved guidelines. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior leadership. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.

What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in rotating equipment, pumps, or industrial equipment sectors. Demonstrated success in managing sales teams or sales territory and achieving revenue targets.

Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment applications and systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP tools
