You will be responsible for designing, improving, and sustaining efficient production systems that safely deliver high‑quality vehicle components at the lowest total cost. The role blends engineering, operations, quality, and data analysis. RESRG Automotive is a leader integrated exterior and interior systems for auto brands worldwide, and this is a pivotal role in maintaining and advancing our technological capabilities.

What you Will do in Your Role
  • Production Process Design & Optimization: Maximize throughput and efficiency without sacrificing quality or safety.
  • Capacity Planning & Line Rate Management: Ensure the plant can meet demand reliably and cost‑effectively.
  • Work Measurement & Labor Optimization: Right‑size labor and maintain fair, repeatable work standards.
