• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and challenges.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies, to empower clients in their healing journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, reflecting your commitment to ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engage in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve care quality and integrate new approaches into your practice.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their challenges effectively.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health to provide the most effective and evidence-based care for your clients.

The clientele served by our center encompasses a diverse group of individuals, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with an array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in creating a safe space for clients to express themselves and explore their mental health needs.

• Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona, underscoring your professional competence.
• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques, with the ability to tailor treatment plans to individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client situations and facilitate positive therapeutic outcomes.
• A collaborative spirit, valuing teamwork and the input of colleagues to enhance the overall care delivered.

While any level of experience can be valuable, candidates with prior telehealth service experience, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, and a proven track record in delivering evidence-based therapies will stand out. Experience working with specific populations, such as children or trauma survivors, is a plus.

• The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for additional bonuses.
