Indigenous Pact's affiliated medical group, Guardiant Health, offers virtual medical visits to individuals in the comfort and convenience of their home, or at their primary care provider's office, with the primary goal and objective of providing best-in-class patient care. Our overarching goal is to provide personalized care by empowering and guiding our members to take control of their health.
Job Summary
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide remote psychotherapy services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders in the state of Washington. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. The therapist will primarily work with individuals referred from an opioid treatment program and must be comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms. This is a remote position operating during Pacific Time hours.

Decision Making Authority
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will have the authority to make clinical decisions regarding patient diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. This includes determining appropriate treatment modalities, crisis management strategies, and referrals for psychiatric evaluation or medication management.
Contact (Internal/External)
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work closely with the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health to ensure the highest standards of care for patients. This includes collaborating on treatment protocols, case consultations, quality assurance measures, and compliance with organizational policies. Additionally, the therapist will engage with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, care coordinators, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients. External contacts may include insurance providers, legal representatives, and community-based mental health organizations.
Physical & Sensory Demands
This position will require extended periods of sitting, typing, and working on a computer screen. Close vision is required for computer work.
Working Environment
This is a remote position, with expected working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm PT. Occasional travel to Indigenous Pact work sites may be required.
