We are currently looking for an ambitious, experienced Field Sales Manager to join our Sales Team! This position will service East Central Indiana, in and around the Muncie-Fort Wayne-Indianapolis area.
The Field Sales Manager (FSM) will be responsible for profitable premium growth, agency development and territory performance within the Central, IN area. To accomplish this, the FSM will build and maintain strong relationships with independent agency partners to drive production, improve loss performance and expand market presence.
The FSM is a strategic field resource who aligns agency objectives with company goals, while promoting underwriting discipline and member-focused solutions.

Requirements
Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Field Sales Manager:
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of three years insurance sales, underwriting or agency management experience, including experience with independent agency distribution
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial and/or Farm Lines products and underwriting fundamentals
  • Proven sales planning and territory management experience
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, rating platforms and standard business software tools
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
