  • Leverage data, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled tools to enhance client insights, improve coverage efficiency, and support more informed investment conversations.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, CAIA, or other advanced investment credential strongly preferred.

  • 8–12+ years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to indexed products, ETFs, model portfolios, asset allocation, or wealth platform distribution.

  • Demonstrated success in client-facing sales or relationship management roles within wealth management or asset management.

  • Established relationships with home office investment teams and model portfolio builders at leading wealth management organizations.

  • Strong understanding of index construction, benchmarking, asset allocation, portfolio attribution, and the practical uses of indexes in investment decision-making.

  • Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach and a consistent record of achieving growth objectives.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex methodology into clear, decision-oriented messaging for senior audiences.

  • High degree of analytical rigor and comfort working with performance data and investment analytics.

  • Proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled tools and data platforms to improve productivity, generate insights, enhance client preparation, and support scalable coverage models.

  • Strong organizational discipline and the ability to operate independently within a high-performance team environment.
