Job description
COME WORK WITH US! 4 Noses Brewing Company is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing efforts across our portfolio of brands, including 4 Noses Brewing, Wild Provisions Beer Project, and Odd13 Brewing. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that support our core business objectives: growing beer sales, increasing taproom traffic, strengthening brand awareness, and driving guest engagement. The Marketing Manager serves as the central coordinator for marketing initiatives, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to execution while maintaining a high standard of quality and brand consistency. The Marketing Manager will directly supervise the company's Creative Lead, who is responsible for much of the organization's graphic design, content creation, photography, and social media execution. Together, this team will oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, trade marketing materials, digital content, events, and brand-building initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer, project manager, and team leader. They excel at aligning stakeholders, prioritizing competing initiatives, managing creative workflows, and translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans. While this role is not expected to serve as the primary graphic designer or content creator, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and creative production processes is strongly preferred in order to effectively manage projects, provide feedback, and collaborate with internal and external creative partners. The ideal candidate embraces emerging technologies and is comfortable incorporating AI tools into their daily workflow. They continually look for opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline repetitive tasks, enhance creative development, and support better decision-making while maintaining the authenticity and quality of our brands. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives. Coordinate marketing initiatives across wholesale, taproom, culinary, events, and retail channels. Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and launch schedules. Track performance of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements. Product Launches & Brand Support Coordinate go-to-market plans for new beers, seasonal releases, merchandise, and special projects. Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure all required marketing assets are completed on time. Maintain brand standards and consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints. Support distribution growth through buyer guides, sell sheets, retailer communications, and promotional materials. Collaborate with sales teams on account activations, events, and retail marketing opportunities. Help identify opportunities to increase brand visibility in market. Support initiatives that drive taproom traffic, guest engagement, and repeat visitation. Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, sponsorships, and community partnerships. Assist with email marketing, website updates, and social media planning. Manage and support the organization's in-house Creative Lead, providing direction, prioritization, feedback, and professional development. Partner with the Creative Lead to translate marketing objectives into effective creative campaigns and deliverables. Prioritize creative requests across departments and ensure resources are aligned with company goals and timelines. Collaborate on content strategy, social media planning, product launches, merchandise development, and brand storytelling initiatives. Maintain clear workflows, project timelines, and communication to ensure creative projects are completed efficiently and at a high standard. Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand standards and supports broader business objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when additional creative capacity or specialized expertise is needed. Manage relationships with freelance designers, photographers, printers, agencies, and other marketing vendors. Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to brand standards. Provide direction and feedback on creative deliverables. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, project management, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with social media, email marketing, and digital marketing platforms. Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred. Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, craft beer, or consumer packaged goods is a plus. Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms) to improve marketing workflows, project management, research, content development, or creative collaboration. The ideal candidate is curious about emerging technologies and proactively identifies opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing department.
