Home Health -Full Time/PRN - Per Visit Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)Lewisville, TX, 75007
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
  • Assist the physical therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and other aspects of their care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
  • Home Health - Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification/license
  • Experience in providing physical therapy services in a home health setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
