About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to join our growing financial planning team. This is an on-site role based in Boston, MA, where you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, develop personalized financial plans, and provide guidance on investments, retirement planning, and wealth management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess clients' financial needs, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and implement customized financial plans.

• Conduct financial analysis and research to support planning recommendations.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
• Strong understanding of the financial planning process.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning or personal financial planning.
• Familiarity with eMoney Advisor software.
• Strong understanding of finance concepts and financial analysis.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced certifications or degrees are a plus.
• Proficiency with financial planning software and related tools.
