Overview
This Account Executive (AE) is primarily responsible for the day-to-day account management of their assigned client accounts. This includes managing ongoing client program needs such as strategy, creative, reporting and communications, and liaising with our partners and vendors who oversee related aspects of the client relationship.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels (paid media, search, social, programmatic, and display)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (media, creative, analytics) to deliver integrated campaign solutions
  • Assist in campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and performance monitoring
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and status updates
  • Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and account growth
  • Stay current on digital media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Qualifications
  • The AE must have a thorough knowledge of the client's business and demonstrate an on-going commitment and response to his or her clients' needs
  • Ability to build solid relationships and work effectively with people in other departments to achieve optimal results
  • 2+ yearsin a digital marketing, advertising agency, or media environment
  • Strong understanding of digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic media
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Prior experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Asana, and Monday is a plus but not required.

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $66,360.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
