Data Entry Specialist
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to support high-volume document review, data entry, auditing, and transaction processing activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with details, reviewing information for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and processing large volumes of data in a deadline-driven environment. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to balance speed with quality.
Candidates with backgrounds in data entry, claims processing, billing, accounts payable, banking operations, insurance, healthcare administration, document review, or financial services are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

  • Review and process large volumes of documentation and transaction data
  • Enter information into company systems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Verify data completeness and identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information
  • Audit records to ensure compliance with established procedures and client requirements
  • Research and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and processing issues
  • Reconcile information across multiple systems and reports
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
  • Generate and review reports as needed
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals
