Job description

Cavco Nampa is seeking an experienced Independent Service Contractor to perform service and warranty repairs on manufactured homes throughout the Northwest.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Cavco Nampa Service Department to  complete service work
  • Perform warranty and service repairs on manufactured homes
  • Provide your own truck, trailer, and necessary tools
  • Maintain accurate work records and service documentation
  • Present a professional appearance at all times
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for homeowners
  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

  • Current General Liability and Vehicle Insurance (required)
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight for daily and weekly projects throughout the Northwest
  • Experience in residential construction and repairs, including:
    • Drywall repair and texture application
    • Door adjustments
    • Flooring repairs
    • Plumbing
    • Electrical
    • Roofing
    • General finish work
  • Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking and climbing
