Commercial Carpenter – Independent Contractor


OVERNIGHT PROJECT | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM | PENNSYLVANIA


S. Walker Construction, LLC is seeking a dependable Commercial Carpenter to join our team as a full-time independent contractor for an active commercial construction project in Pennsylvania.


PROJECT DETAILS


• Schedule: Approximately 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Location: Pennsylvania

• Project Duration: Approximately 2 months of guaranteed work, contingent on satisfactory performance

• Pay: Based on experience and qualifications

• Lodging: Company-paid lodging provided for out-of-state travel

• Per Diem: Provided when travel is required

• Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor / 1099

• Potential for additional project opportunities following completion of this project


CARPENTER RESPONSIBILITIES


The carpenter will assist with a variety of commercial construction tasks, including:


• Setting and installing countertops

• Light drywall work

• Light framing

• Ceiling tile installation

• Restroom partition installation

• General carpentry and construction support

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area


QUALIFICATIONS


• Commercial construction experience preferred

• Experience with drywall, framing, countertops, ceiling tile, or restroom partitions is a plus
