Commercial Carpenter โ€“ Independent Contractor


OVERNIGHT PROJECT | 8:00 PM โ€“ 6:00 AM | PENNSYLVANIA


S. Walker Construction, LLC is seeking a dependable Commercial Carpenter to join our team as a full-time independent contractor for an active commercial construction project in Pennsylvania.


PROJECT DETAILS


โ€ข Schedule: Approximately 8:00 PM โ€“ 6:00 AM

โ€ข Location: Pennsylvania

โ€ข Project Duration: Approximately 2 months of guaranteed work, contingent on satisfactory performance

โ€ข Pay: Based on experience and qualifications

โ€ข Lodging: Company-paid lodging provided for out-of-state travel

โ€ข Per Diem: Provided when travel is required

โ€ข Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor / 1099

โ€ข Potential for additional project opportunities following completion of this project


CARPENTER RESPONSIBILITIES


The carpenter will assist with a variety of commercial construction tasks, including:


โ€ข Setting and installing countertops

โ€ข Light drywall work

โ€ข Light framing

โ€ข Ceiling tile installation

โ€ข Restroom partition installation

โ€ข General carpentry and construction support

โ€ข Maintaining a clean and organized work area


QUALIFICATIONS


โ€ข Commercial construction experience preferred

โ€ข Experience with drywall, framing, countertops, ceiling tile, or restroom partitions is a plus

โ€ข Ability to safely use common hand and power tools

โ€ข Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
