Swaysland Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Staff Engineer to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of structural engineering projects alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with structural design, analysis, and preparation of construction documents
  • Perform site visits and structural inspections as needed
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and technical specifications
  • Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs
  • Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Engineer Intern (E.I.) certification preferred
  • 05 years of structural engineering experience
