As a Project Coordinator, Corporate Real Estate Management; you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) initiatives across Canada. Working closely with the Regional Project Implementation Manager (RPIM) and project teams, you will help coordinate planning, procurement, financial tracking, stakeholder communications, and onsite activities that enable efficient, costeffective, and peoplefocused real estate solutions. This role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of inoffice presence three (3) days per week to support collaboration, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Your Impact
In this role, you will:
  • Support the RPIM in requirement gathering for the preparation of business cases for Corporate Real Estate projects related to office, lab, or storage consolidations, relocations, renovations, or closures.
  • Assist in the creation of the national yearly budget and forecasting activities.
  • Assist in the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation, and maintain the Contract Execution Tracking Log. 
  • Assist in invoice processing and tracking to ensure suppliers are paid within contract deadlines. 
  • Support budget review and reconciliation with Finance and Accounting as required.
  • Assist the RPIM and/or Project Manager in reviewing contractor and supplier quotations to ensure fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval. 
  • Draft and distribute projectrelated communications to stakeholders in collaboration with the RPIM and/or Project Manager.
  • Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and help foster this mindset in others.
  • Participate in project meetings with clients, design teams, and contractors; prepare meeting minutes, tracking logs, and required project deliverables.
  • Visit project sites to coordinate with end users and suppliers as required.
  • Ensure enduser needs are met in a timely and costeffective manner.
  • Coordinate selected phases of projects (such as purge activities, packing, and moves) or manage small projects independently when required.
  • Assist in the issuance of requests for proposals (RFPs), tenders, and other procurement methods, while maintaining accurate records throughout the process.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the RPIM and/or Project Manager regarding resource allocation and participate in peer review activities for quality assurance.
  • Actively participate in change management processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in construction, design, or project management environments. 
  • A serviceoriented mindset with demonstrated initiative. 
  • Experience drafting budgets, cash flows, and schedules (considered an asset).
  • Ability to review drawings, budgets, and contractor quotations (considered an asset).
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Sound decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities, with strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam. 
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Bilingualism in English/French/Spanish (considered an asset).

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 - $76,200
MB & ON: $52,500 - $72,300
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $52,000 - $69,000
