What The Position is About:

  • Oversee all marketing and lead generation for the company
  • Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Manage the newly started direct mail program and lead aggregators
  • Work closely with the call center manager to ensure leads are being converted and identify conversion issues
  • Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships, including two independent contractors responsible for PPC, SEO, and Facebook campaigns
  • Oversee a Call Center Manager, big box Program Leader, Events Team Leader, and Marketing Intern
  • Execute an integrated marketing strategy to support company revenue goals
  • Develop and deliver reports on KPIs
  • Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
  • Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:
