Owner-Direct Project Developer (Rainmaker)

Gulf Coast Territory | Mobile, Alabama

Earnings Potential

  • 1099 independent contractor
  • No base salary
  • Commission at 15% to 30% of project profit

This opportunity is built for someone who wants control of their income.

This is not a “sell a product” role. You are working directly with facility owners and operators to identify problems inside their buildings and turn those into projects.

You are not chasing bids. You are not waiting on leads.

What You Are Selling

Full infrastructure solutions delivered under one partner.

HVAC systems, electrical and power distribution, fire and life safety, and building automation.

Everything from design through build, automation, and ongoing support.

Instead of juggling multiple vendors, the client works with one group that owns the outcome from start to finish.

Territory
