Location: Nashville and surrounding areas 
Pay: $65 per visit (1099 Contract)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to perform short, in-home wellness visits throughout the Nashville area. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy flexibility, independence, and genuine client connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits lasting approximately 15–30 minutes
  • Take and record client vitals
  • Assess client care and environment
  • Complete care surveys and documentation accurately and promptly
  • Communicate any changes or concerns to the home care team

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Tennessee (required)
  • Reliable transportation
